July 2, 2010 Kin Opens in the Pearl

With new Portland restaurants opening faster than our weary forks can cry uncle, it took us a few weeks to get round to Kevin Shikami's new Pearl District eatery, Kin
, which quietly opened on NW 14th Avenue nearly a month ago. After devouring three orders of the pork belly buns, two duck confit ramens, one seared ostrich (or part of him, anyway), and all of the delicious $6 desserts, we're heaping full-bellied praise on Kin...and its sailing twigs. Read more>>
